Virtual Community Dances may use Facebook integrations for administrators to post dance announcements to our own Facebook Page. If you would like us to delete any Facebook-related data we store, please follow the instructions below.

What we store

• Facebook app credentials and access tokens stored server-side for admin use.
• Optional cached data used to support posting workflows (if enabled).

How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@virtualcommunitydances.com
2. Use the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request
3. Include any details you think are relevant (for example, the Facebook Page or integration you’re referring to).

After we receive your request, an administrator will remove stored Facebook tokens/settings from our server unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.
