Facebook integration
Our admin interface (for example, /admin/manage.php) can be used to manage dance event details and to post announcements to our own Facebook Page.
When enabled, Facebook credentials/tokens are stored server-side for internal admin use and are not intended to be publicly accessible.
Sharing and third-party services
We may use third-party services to operate parts of the site and its integrations (for example, Meta/Facebook when posting announcements). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Data retention
- Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
- Facebook tokens and admin settings are retained while the integration is enabled; an admin can disconnect/remove stored tokens.
